## About the role

As the Senior Analyst, Debt Operations, you will be a key member of Generate's Finance team as the dedicated owner of debt administration. Allvue is Generate's system of record for interest, principal, and amortized fees. Accounting relies on it every close, this role is what keeps that record accurate, timely, and audit-ready. You'll partner closely with Accounting, Treasury, Asset Management, and the Data & Technology teams, transforming data to be available for wider company use.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- CPA or progress toward a professional certification
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in public accounting, debt/loan administration, or operations at an investment manager
- Strong understanding and application of accounting rules and credit/loan administration practices
- Experience with a loan administration or portfolio accounting system (Allvue, Advent Geneva, or similar)
- Familiarity with accounting ERPs and Treasury Management systems
