## About the role

Genius AI is building its growth motion, and autonomous account-based marketing is at the center of it. As Growth Lead, you'll own two things: the strategy that turns target accounts into customers, and the team that builds the autonomous engine behind it. This isn't a role where you inherit a defined program and optimize it, or manage a team that's already in motion. You'll set the direction, grow the existing team, and make the calls on which accounts to get in front of, messaging, channel mix, and more.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of B2B demand gen or growth experience at a high-growth technology company, with a track record of setting strategy for a growth motion, not just running the campaigns inside one
- At least 2 years managing and developing a team, with specific examples of how you've grown people's skills and output
- Track record of owning budget or investment decisions for a growth function, and the tradeoffs that come with them
- Proven experience building AI-powered GTM workflows from scratch using tools like Clay or similar platforms to automate prospecting, personalize outreach at volume, or surface intent signals
- Comfortable building without a defined playbook, with a track record of standing up net-new motions and creating structure from ambiguity
- Deep fluency in segmentation, intent signal interpretation, and account prioritization, with a strong instinct for finding the right accounts at the right moment
