## About the role

We are looking for our Founding GTM Lead to help define and accelerate our company. There is no existing growth team or established playbook to inherit. You’ll own our growth strategy—from driving researcher adoption of our Healthcare DataHub to building commercial relationships with AI labs and other organizations working with healthcare data. We are looking for a high-judgment, highly hands-on operator who is equally comfortable setting high-level strategy and rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years in growth, GTM, sales, or an equivalent early-stage role
- Experience growing a product or business before the playbook was fully established
- Comfortable owning both product-led growth and sales
- Strong analytical instincts and ability to run fast, measurable experiments
- Comfortable selling technical products to researchers, data scientists, ML engineers, and AI teams
- High ownership—you move quickly and figure things out without waiting for a playbook
