## About the role

As the Head of Rental & Leasing, your key area of responsibility will be defining and executing the product, go-to-market, and commercial strategy for Geotab's Rental and Leasing segment. You will develop a focused roadmap, make principled build, buy, and partner decisions, and expand market share, pipeline, revenue retention, and commercial outcomes across the segment's three primary sub-segments.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of leadership experience, including experience leading product development teams and 3+ years working with senior leadership in cross-functional commercial or product roles
- Deep knowledge of vehicle rental and leasing business models, fleet management practices, telematics adoption patterns, and customer pain points across car rental, truck leasing, and equipment rental
- Strong commercial, product development, go-to-market, partner management, and market development acumen, with the ability to build relationships and drive market share growth
- Excellent stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, analytical, and business planning skills, including experience defining and tracking revenue metrics, commercial KPIs, and market share indicators
