## About the role

We’re looking for a Head of Brand to own how Teal shows up in the world and dramatically expand how many people know, understand, trust and ultimately choose us. This is a strategic and highly executional leadership role with ownership of brand strategy, top-of-funnel awareness and brand growth . You’ll take the strong foundation we’ve built and make it significantly bigger through breakthrough campaigns, creative storytelling, activations, brand partnerships and an increasingly sophisticated channel strategy.

## What they're looking for

- You have 10+ years of experience across brand marketing, integrated marketing, consumer marketing or related roles, ideally helping build or scale a high-growth consumer brand
- You have built brands people recognize and remember, owned meaningful awareness budgets and channel strategies, and developed integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, creator, partnership and experiential channels
- You are both a builder and a doer. You can define the strategy, rally people around it and then get into the work to make it happen
- The expected annual base salary range for this role is $160.000 – $200,000. Actual compensation within this range is based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and qualifications. This position is also eligible for equity and benefits
