## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota, (technology or travel industry sales a plus)
- Competitive, tenacious and results driven, with the resilience to thrive under pressure and against ambitious goals
- You excel at handling objections, reframing conversations with insights, and creating constructive tension to close challenging deals
- You bring strong problem-solving skills, using data to prioritize actions and inform decisions
- Fluent level English, with strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills, able to articulate value clearly across diverse audiences
- Knowledgeable about the travel industry, able to use that expertise to talk credibly with Tour operators & Attractions
