## What they're looking for

- Overall 5+ years of experience in account management within a fast-growing company
- Strong experience in API-based integrations (end-to-end), ideally across search-to-book and loyalty flows
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical integrations and/or Technical Account Management (TAM), including troubleshooting/debugging, integration health monitoring and partner-facing technical documentation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B tech partnerships (e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, super apps, OTA/GDS/travel platforms, or similar)
- AI-native work habits: Comfort using AI tools (LLMs, copilots, AI-assisted analytics) for drafting comms, synthesising partner data. documentation
- Proven partner-facing execution: Ability to manage pipelines and convert discussions into concrete actions that meet quarterly targets
