## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience with hands-on month-end close exposure: journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Experience owning AR/AP processes or a set of close deliverables independently
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite as a primary accounting system
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, comfortable working with large transaction datasets
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization, able to manage competing deadlines during close
