## About the role

As our first Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly with the CEO to increase the speed and quality of the decisions GhostEye makes and ensure those decisions become results. You’ll take ownership of the company’s most consequential priorities across go-to-market, operations, fundraising, and hiring. You won’t simply coordinate these initiatives. You’ll be expected to understand the problem, form a point of view, and drive the work through completion.
