## About the role

Before a data center can go live, every test result, every deficiency, and every sign-off has to be tracked, documented, and accounted for — and that record has to be airtight. As a Cx Assistant at Giga, you're the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll support the Commissioning Manager and Site Leads with documentation, scheduling, and test coordination, learning the commissioning process from the ground up on some of the most complex buildings being constructed today.

## What they're looking for

- 0-2 years of experience in commissioning, construction, or a related technical field, internship or field experience on mission-critical or industrial construction projects a plus
- Familiarity with MEP and electrical systems (generators, UPS, switchgear, cooling infrastructure, BMS/controls) through coursework, internships, or early field experience
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing detailed documentation across multiple active workstreams
- Ability to read basic construction drawings and specifications, with willingness to build deeper technical fluency on the job
- Comfortable working in an active, fast-moving construction environment alongside multiple trades and vendors
