## About the role

As the Controls Field Engineer , you will own the BMS and controls systems that keep a data center alive — the sequences, points, and logic that make sure UPS, switchgear, and CRAH/CRAC systems actually talk to each other and respond the way they're supposed to. You'll write and review control sequences of operation, program and configure controllers, and troubleshoot points and logic in the field as systems come online.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in BMS/controls engineering, ideally on mission-critical or industrial facilities
- Working knowledge of controls programming and configuration (e.g., Niagara, Siemens, Honeywell, or similar platforms)
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, single-line diagrams, and controls points lists
- Experience troubleshooting controls issues in the field, including wiring and logic-level diagnostics
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across engineering, commissioning, and field teams
