## About the role

As the MEP Superintendent , you will run mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction on the ground at one of Giga's active data center sites — coordinating the trades that turn a shell into a live, mission-critical facility. You'll manage MEP subcontractors day-to-day, keep switchgear, UPS, CRAH/CRAC, and BMS installations on schedule and to spec, and be the person who catches a clash or a sequencing problem before it becomes a delay.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience in MEP construction, with at least 3+ years in a superintendent or equivalent field leadership role
- Experience running MEP scopes on large-scale industrial, utility, or mission-critical facility projects
- Strong working knowledge of MV/HV electrical systems, switchgear, UPS, and CRAH/CRAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams, P&IDs, and MEP specifications
- OSHA 30 certification
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors across multiple trades and hold them accountable to schedule and quality
