## About the role

You will own transformer quality end-to-end at the Houston factory: building and running the ISO 9001 quality system, and personally executing IQC, IPQC, FAT, and OQC inspections against IEEE, ANSI, and UL standards. You'll manage supplier quality — qualifications, audits, and SCARs — while leading plant quality technicians and handling NCR/FAI documentation.

## What they're looking for

- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in the Transformer Industry
- Strong understanding of transformer manufacturing processes and material specs
- Good communication skill, with ability to convey technical information clearly
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Proven ability to manage cross-border engineering and production teams
