## About the role

Giga Energy's CEO moves fast across fundraising, customer deals, plant/site operations, and board management, and needs someone who can move with him. As Strategy & Operations under the CEO, you'll operate as his right hand: part executive partner, part operator, part fixer. One day you're building the board deck, the next you're on a plane to a customer site, the next you're running point on a cross-functional technical project.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similarly rigorous, high-output professional environment
- Demonstrated experience building polished, executive-ready presentations (PowerPoint or GSuite)
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional work to completion without hand-holding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex or ambiguous information into a clear point of view
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating with incomplete information
