## About the role

As a Connectivity Operations, you’ll support the day-to-day operations that keep our connectivity services running smoothly across global markets. You’ll play a critical role in making sure our operations run smoothly — from testing and troubleshooting to SIM logistics and partner coordination. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams like Product, Engineering, and Finance — diving into data, improving processes, and helping us solve real-world problems with a bias for execution.

## What they're looking for

- 2-3 years of experience in an analytical or operational role — whether in tech, consulting, finance, or a high-paced startup
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail — you’re comfortable with spreadsheets and picking up new tools quickly (e.g. Notion, Looker, SQL, etc.)
- Clear written and verbal communication — you know how to keep stakeholders aligned and informed
- Proactive, hands-on mindset — you’re not afraid to dive into the weeds to get things done
- An interest in telecom, APIs, or connectivity is a plus — but curiosity and willingness to learn go even further
