## About the role

As a Technical Program Manager on GitLab's all-remote R&D PMO team, you will own complex, end-to-end programs that are central to our AI-powered DevSecOps strategy. You will drive high-priority initiatives across product, engineering, data, and security teams, transforming strategic vision into executable plans that deliver innovative capabilities like the GitLab Duo Agent Platform and next-generation developer tools.
