We’re looking for an experienced Legal Operations Specialist to join our growing team. If you’ve worked as a paralegal, legal assistant, case manager, legal operations professional, or in a similar role, your real-world legal experience is exactly what we’re looking for.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in a legal environment , such as a law firm, legal operations, or legal support role
- Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, case manager, legal operations specialist, or similar role
- Bankruptcy experience is strongly preferred , but we’re open to candidates with other legal backgrounds who are excited to learn
- Experience with legal software such as Best Case, NextChapter, Lawmatics, PACER, ECF, Clio, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail
