## About the role

Glance is at an inflection point. With over 250 million daily active users and a platform embedded at the heart of the Android ecosystem, we're not building for scale...we're already there. Now, we're looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Growth team and help us turn that scale into new markets, new partners, and new revenue.

## What they're looking for

- 6–8+ years of program or partner management experience, ideally with exposure to device, telecom, or platform ecosystems
- Demonstrated experience building financial and deal models: comfortable owning the numbers behind a partnership, not just the relationship
- Strong track record managing complex, cross-functional programs across distributed teams and time zones (experience spanning US and India-based teams a plus)
- Experience working directly with OEMs, Telcos, or System Integrators: familiarity with device ecosystems and distribution economics highly valued
- Comfortable operating with significant ambiguity and driving alignment without formal authority over the teams you depend on
- Exceptional communication and executive presence — able to pitch a business case to a Telco in São Paulo and align an engineering team in Bangalore in the same week
