## About the role

At Glean, partners are force multipliers. As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you will be a partner-facing technical expert responsible for helping strategic partners across VARs, GSIs, SIs, Cloud Partners, and ISVs, successfully design, deploy, scale, and operationalize Glean across their customer base. This role is designed for someone comfortable leading hands-on workshops and enablement sessions, developing technical solutions, and consulting on complex partner-led services.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as: partner engineer, forward-deployed engineer, solutions architect, solutions engineer, consulting/professional services, or other related technical role
- Experience building or deploying AI / LLM / agent-based systems in production
- Experience writing, debugging, integrating, and deploying production software systems using APIs, SDKs, auth patterns, and cloud services
- Strong engineering fundamentals plus hands-on coding experience in Python and at least one of TypeScript / JavaScript / Java
- Understanding of cloud platforms, with practical experience on at least one major provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
