## About the role

We’re hiring a Tech Lead for our Admin Console team to engineer one of the most important product surfaces at Glean: the admin experience that helps customers deploy, govern, and scale Glean across their organizations. This is a high-impact, full-stack role for an engineer who can guide architecture, partner deeply with product and design, and grow a small but strategically important team. The Admin Console is the control plane for enterprise activation, admin confidence, and scalable rollout. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

- Strong coding skills in at least one of: Python, Go, Java, C++, Javascript
- Product‑minded: you prioritize customer impact, clear SLAs/SLOs, and pragmatic iteration
- Ownership‑driven with a positive, proactive attitude, comfortable leading projects or learning from battle‑tested engineers
- You have experience building enterprise SaaS, enterprise platform, admin console, or similarly configurable product experiences
