## About the role

Glean is seeking an Early Talent Technical Recruiter to build and scale our early-career technical talent pipeline. You will own full-cycle recruiting for university hiring across technical functions, partnering closely with engineering and business leaders to hire high-potential interns and new graduates who will help shape the future of Work AI.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful ownership of university, campus, early-career, or technical recruiting programs
- Experience recruiting for technical talent, with the ability to understand and communicate core profiles across software engineering, data, security, product, or adjacent technical disciplines
- Strong consultative partnership skills and a track record of influencing hiring managers through data, market insight, and sound judgment
- Demonstrated ability to build inclusive, scalable sourcing strategies and develop trusted relationships with candidates and external university partners
- Excellent program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple hiring cycles, events, and stakeholders with urgency and attention to detail
- Fluency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting analytics, and sourcing tools
