## About the role

We’re hiring a Product Operations Manager to own how well our product actually recovers money for customers — and to make sure everything we learn from that work flows back into a better product.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years in product operations, revenue operations, strategy/consulting, analytics, program management, or a comparable data-heavy operational role
- Genuinely strong with data — comfortable pulling, cleaning, and analyzing it yourself (SQL and/or advanced spreadsheets required, BI tools a plus), and able to turn analysis into a clear recommendation
- A track record of finding the “why” behind the numbers and turning it into action, not just reporting it
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you can make a complex recovery story simple for a customer and precise for an engineer
- Highly organized and self-directed, you thrive in an early, fast-moving environment where the process often doesn’t exist yet
- Comfortable working across customers, operations, product, and engineering, and translating fluently between them
