## About the role

We are looking for hungry and versatile folks to join as our sales development representatives at Glimpse. Glimpse has grown extremely fast (0→200 customers in 12 months) and we are looking for gritty individuals who can help us scale 10x. As an early hire, you will not only come in and hit milestones, but also be a part of creating foundational processes with a big growth opportunity at the company.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 1+ years as a SDR
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in past sales roles
- (Preferred) B2B SaaS Experience, or Experience working for companies focused on AI applications in vertical markets
- Attitude: Fearless when talking to new people and a motivated self-starter, eager to consistently take on new challenges
- Tenacious: Comfortable with on-the-phone and in-person rejection, and ability to keep following up with prospects
- Excellent Communicator: Articulates value proposition clearly and deeply understands customer pain points
