## About the role

As Contract Renewal Manager, you will lead a customer-facing role responsible for managing a portfolio of customer contracts approaching expiry and driving the end-to-end renewal process. The focus is on securing timely renewals, protecting revenue, mitigating commercial risk, and sustaining strong customer relationships, all while staying aligned to the organisation's commercial strategy.
