## About the role

As an End Market Manager / Sr. Manager in Greater China, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our new business in one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving markets in the world. The position will own physical AI, industrial automation, robotics & power for Greater China and will bring subject matter expertise in a diverse set of applications including factory automation, autonomous systems, collaborative robotics (cobots), motor control, and power conversion.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in industry OEMs or semiconductor fabless, foundry or IDM companies
- Experience with system-level robotics and industrial automation architectures, including controllers, drives, sensing, connectivity, and power subsystemsand component selection
- Strong understanding of the Robotics ecosystem including silicon vendors, system integrators, technology partners and OEMs in Greater China
- Experience in system-level analysis and comparison with the ability to decompose and analyze complex systems
- Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with international and diverse teams and with multiple levels of management
