## About the role

GLOBALFOUNDRIES Fab 8 (Malta, NY) is seeking a talented and motivated Test Engineer to join the Reliability Engineering team engaged in advanced technology reliability characterization. This role supports wafer and package level reliability testing, technology development, and qualification activities while partnering with FEOL, BEOL, and Product Reliability engineering teams.

## What they're looking for

- Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field from an accredited degree program
- Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing
- Experience in semiconductor device characterization or reliability engineering (including internships/co-ops where applicable)
- Hands-on experience with Cascade/Accretech probers and Agilent/Keithley testers
- Proficiency in Visual Basic, C#, and C++
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device operation and reliability failure mechanisms
