## What they're looking for

- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in digital front-end design, implementation, verification, validation, or project management for compute/IP development, including significant technical leadership and signoff accountability
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering high-quality products with strong customer focus, multi-site and multi-level leadership experience is a plus
- Strong expertise in processor, memory, and system architecture
- Hands-on experience in micro-architecture, RTL design, and verification methodologies (UVM/OVM, formal verification, functional coverage), including technical specification development
- Proficient in SystemVerilog, Verilog, C/C++, Assembly, Python, Perl, and scripting languages
