## What they're looking for

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
- 15+ years of experience in digital front-end design, RTL implementation, verification, validation, or computational IP development, including significant technical leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record leading large-scale IP/SoC projects with accountability for quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Experience working across global and multi-site engineering teams, leadership of distributed teams is highly desirable
- Strong expertise in microprocessor, memory, and system architecture
- Hands-on experience in RTL design, micro-architecture, verification, formal methods, functional coverage, and technical specification development
