## What they're looking for

- 15+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, building products and platforms with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial capacity managing Architecture teams
- Extensive Cloud Expertise: Proven track record of designing and deploying distributed, cloud-native architectures, especially AWS
- AI First Product & Tech Strategies : Experience with building AI Native products and technologies
