## About the role

Own GTM searches end-to-end, from defining the profile and hiring strategy through sourcing, offer, and close. Partner directly with executives and GTM leaders to understand business priorities, anticipate talent needs, and shape hiring plans.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology company. Cybersecurity experience is a strong plus
- Strong experience recruiting for GTM roles, including Sales, Marketing, and other customer-facing teams
- Experience partnering directly with executives and senior leaders on critical hires and broader talent needs
- Exceptional sourcing skills and a track record of identifying and engaging hard-to-reach talent
- Strong business judgment and the ability to connect business priorities with hiring needs
- A data-driven approach to recruiting, with the ability to use funnel and process data to identify gaps and improve results
