## About the role

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. GoDaddy is not currently considering candidates for this role in California, Seattle, or NYC.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of product management experience, including meaningful time owning hardware or hardware-adjacent products such as consumer electronics, IoT devices, or payment terminals
- Direct experience managing a device portfolio spanning proprietary and third-party (ODM/OEM) hardware, including vendor selection and commercial negotiation
- Working knowledge of device operating systems — requirements, update management, and security — without needing a firmware engineering background
- Understanding of the payments ecosystem: EMV, PCI compliance, card-present transaction flows, and acquirer and network relationships
- A track record of taking hardware through full development cycles (EVT/DVT/PVT) and certification processes
