## About the role

This is a hybrid position. You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. ## What they're looking for

- CPA with 8+ years of experience in SEC reporting, financial reporting, technical accounting, or external audit at a large public accounting firm, supported by a strong accounting foundation
- Proven ability to prepare, review, and communicate complex accounting analyses and financial reporting matters through clear, concise, well-supported technical writing
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with financial data, reporting packages, reconciliations, tie-outs, and deadline-driven reporting deliverables
- Experience managing, mentoring, and reviewing the work of staff, with the ability to set priorities, provide constructive feedback, develop talent, and cultivate strong team performance
