## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in banking, management consulting, or specialty finance
- Experience presenting directly to institutional investors, credit facilities, or senior executive audiences, ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives
- Must understand loan math, including CDR, CPR, and CNL
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and influence stakeholders across multiple teams
- Strategic judgment and ownership mentality, able to set priorities, manage ambiguity, and deliver in a lean, fast-paced environment with minimal direction
