## What they're looking for

- Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience in a medium to large law firm or 4 years of in-house legal department with a corporate focus, preferably with capital markets, structured finance, or financial services exposure
- Bachelor’s degree required, Paralegal certification preferred
- Working knowledge of capital markets and corporate governance processes
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong research, drafting, and proofreading skills
