## About the role

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years experience counseling high-growth consumer brands, with at least 4+ years in-house
- BONUS points for experience in retail, e-commerce, apparel, sporting-goods and lifestyle
- Demonstrated experience managing direct reports and/or outside counsel is preferred
- Can translate complex "legalese" into actionable advice for non-legal stakeholders, and is able to raise difficult issues clearly without creating unnecessary noise
- Working experience advising marketing and creative teams, and negotiating marketing, talent, sponsorship, licensing and related agreements
- Hands-on privacy experience in a consumer/DTC context, including CCPA/CPRA, consent management, and vendor data terms
