## About the role

In this role, you will be the leader of how Google optimizes daily logistics processes while incorporating current industry standards and best practices. You will be responsible for driving continuous process improvement recommendations, managing the implementation of changes within operations, standardizing user documentation, creating processes that motivate action, and interacting with all partner teams.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain environments managing vendors (e.g., suppliers, manufacturers) or third-party logistics (3PL) groups
- 7 years of experience managing operations and leading cross-regional teams
- 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics operations
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as required
