## About the role

In this role, you will take lead advisory ownership within a dedicated focus area—while actively contributing flexible secondary coverage for debt and equity deals. You will work alongside division directors, fiscal stakeholders, and external law firms on prominent multi-jurisdictional matters.

## What they're looking for

- JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience
- Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located
- 3 years of attorney-level experience in one of the following areas: private investment funds (e.g., LPAs, side letters, subscription agreements) or derivatives or trading counterparty agreements (e.g., ISDAs, CSAs)
