## About the role

The Director, Delivery Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for integrating the business, supply chain, and customer-focused program operations of network delivery. In addition to leading the supply chain, delivery operations, and delivery management teams, the leader serves as an advisor to executive leadership on strategic programs and change initiatives that improve operations.
