## About the role

In this high-impact role on the Google Health Search team, you will define the future of AI-generated health guidance, a top Alphabet priority. You will develop and own the core evaluation frameworks, metrics, and methodologies that ensure our AI-powered health answers are safe, helpful, and of the highest quality. Partnering closely with Product and Engineering leaders, you will influence strategy and roadmaps by translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations.

## What they're looking for

- Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- 8 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis, or 6 years of work experience with a PhD degree
