## About the role

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will help customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products. You will lead the successful adoption of Google Cloud at organizations, guiding them through the technical facets of their Google Cloud transformation journey. You'll manage the successful delivery of Cloud Consulting engagements to drive customer adoption of Google Cloud services.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders, managing customer technical implementations or transformation programs
- Experience supporting customers in cloud operations (e.g., launch or capacity planning, product release management), cloud technical support, cloud escalation management, or cloud consulting
