As the Technical Accounting Lead for Energy Deal Advisory and Investments, you will serve as a strategic subject-matter expert guiding the business through cutting-edge commercial power transactions, clean energy procurement, and complex asset investments.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent
- 7 years of accounting experience in public accounting and publicly-traded multinational companies
- Experience with U.S. GAAP accounting principles (e.g., consolidation, investments, leases, derivatives and hedging, financial instruments, fair value measurements)
- Experience with technical accounting research and commodity agreements involving power purchase agreements, energy supply agreements, renewable energy credits, and power-related investments
