Our Account Management team has a unique mission to help make government contractors more successful in their pursuits using GovDash.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years in account management, customer success, another post sale role at a software company, or equivalent experience in another customer facing role
- 2+ years of proposal development and capture experience
- A track record of owning renewals and finding expansion inside an existing book of business
- Familiar with government contracting, our products, and the problems they solve for our customers
- Strong analytical mindset. You are comfortable reading usage data to understand account health and create action plans
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way
