## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of proposal development or capture experience
- Experience running demos of software products
- Experience training others on capture and proposal workflows
- An understanding of government contracting, today's AI landscape, our products, and the problems they solve for our customers
- The ability to operate with high horsepower, be adept at frequent context switching and running multiple pilots at once, and ruthless prioritization
