## About the role

GovWell is hiring a Deployment Strategist, New Business to lead new customer launches and ensure long-term success across our municipal partners. GovWell is the primary system of record for government staff and is used daily to run critical workflows. This role owns the end-to-end implementation experience, guiding cities and counties through onboarding, configuration, and adoption while ensuring they realize value quickly and sustainably.

- 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation, consulting, or a similarly client-facing role involving complex projects and multiple stakeholders
