## About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to translate strategy into execution planning. You will design marketing campaigns, branding, marketing offline and online activity, then monitoring its efficiency. You will work with several partners to ensure good Grab presence in city-level and competitor analysis. You will be onsite and based in Medan. You will be reporting to the manager.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication or another related field
- 2+ years of working experience in Marketing, with experience implementing marketing strategies and marketing campaigns
- Excellent in project management skill to manage campaign timelines and coordinate with teams and working with supporting functions like creative, PR, and social media
- Understand how to analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights using performance marketing tools
- Have an eye for details to maintain accuracy in content, timelines, and reports
- Create creative briefs and new campaign initiative
