## About the role

We are looking for a Business Operations Lead to partner with the leadership team of one of Superhuman’s Business Units (BUs) to drive strategic clarity, operational alignment, and execution across the BU’s most important initiatives. Our BUs are led by an Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing (EPDM) leadership team — with the Product leader as the point of the spear — and this role exists to make that BU and its leadership team successful as we expand our product portfolio in a compound-startup model.

- Experience operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution, especially in complex go-to-market or enterprise growth environments
- A strong track record partnering with senior leaders across EPDM, GTM, Revenue, Sales, Finance, and Data to align priorities and turn strategy into execution
- Proven skill building operating cadences, governance models, planning rhythms, and decision-making processes that improve clarity, accountability, and speed
- The ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, multi-product organization, acting as a connective operator across teams and business units
- Comfort owning ambiguous, high-impact initiatives independently, using data-informed judgment to drive readiness, launches, and business performance
