## About the role

Serve as an early point of contact for incoming contract requests from Sales and other business teams, triaging and prioritizing a high volume of daily inquiries. Review, draft, and help negotiate standard customer agreements, including NDAs, order forms, SOWs, and Master Services Agreements, escalating complex or non-standard terms to senior counsel.

## What they're looking for

- Has 1–3 years of experience reviewing, drafting, or administering commercial contracts, in-house or at a law firm, SaaS or technology experience a plus
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Has familiarity with common customer-agreement types such as NDAs, order forms, SOWs, and MSAs, and an eagerness to deepen that knowledge
- Brings care and craft to detailed work: organized, process-minded, and thorough with documentation and data
- Communicates clearly and with empathy in writing and conversation, and builds trusting relationships with colleagues across functions
- Applies first-principles thinking to understand why terms matter, and has good judgment about when to make a call and when to escalate
