## About the role

Superhuman’s enterprise business grows not just through Sales, but through the product itself, and we need someone to own that motion. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, B2B Growth to define how employees discover and join their company’s Superhuman org, how they onboard and activate, how they experience enterprise free trials, and how they retain and expand over time.

## What they're looking for

- You have 5+ years in product management, with experience in growth or PLG in a B2B SaaS environment
- You understand both managed sales motions and product-led growth mechanics and you know how to make them work together
- You have strong analytical fluency and are comfortable designing experiments, building growth models, and using data to identify leverage points in the funnel
- You have a proven track record working cross-functionally across many teams and moving quickly from insight to shipped product
