At Superhuman Docs, we’re building the future of an AI-powered productivity suite. Some of the world’s largest enterprise customers are betting on Docs, and we need an experienced, technical, deeply customer-centric product owner to make the experience of buying, deploying, and managing Docs at enterprise scale feel as fast and delightful as the product itself.

## What they're looking for

- You have 5+ years in product management, with experience building admin, billing, or account management products in a B2B SaaS environment
- You have a deep understanding of enterprise IT requirements — SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, and compliance frameworks
- You have experience designing for multiple distinct user types, including IT admins, end users, and procurement or finance stakeholders
- You have a proven ability to build simple, intuitive experiences for complex, multi-product systems
