## About the role

End-to-end ownership: Own the design of Go, shaping how users express intent, collaborate with agents, and move work forward using natural language across standalone and embedded surfaces. Core interactions & quality: Design and evolve core chat and agent experiences, holding a high bar for simplicity, clarity, and power across desktop, web, and in-product surfaces.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of product design experience, with a strong track record of owning complex, ambiguous problems end to end
- Hands-on experience designing AI-native products, especially products that involve natural language interaction or multi-step work
- Strong interaction and visual design skills, with clear evidence of craft across layout, motion, micro-interactions, and polish
- Excellence in using prototyping as a way of thinking, communicating ideas, and bringing interactions to life
- Experience prototyping or building with modern AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Figma Make, or similar
- Deep curiosity about AI as a field, including hands-on exploration of new products, awareness of industry trends, and regular experimentation with emerging tools
